Cybersecurity · B2B SaaS

Nothreat

Deception technology is hard to explain and harder to sell. The work was making a genuinely complex security product legible — to buyers, to investors, and to the team building it.

Nothreat — Cybersecurity · B2B SaaS

Deception defends a network by giving attackers something convincing to attack. Explaining that in a sales meeting is the actual bottleneck.

The problem

The technology was patented in the US and genuinely novel. That is exactly the situation where a buyer cannot map the product onto anything they already know — and stalls.

Product, pitch and brand were being made by different hands, so the story changed depending on which surface you met it on.

If the diagram needs a person standing next to it, the diagram is not finished.

How we worked

  1. 01

    Discover

Where buyers actually lose the thread, and which parts of the architecture have to be visible for the rest to make sense.

  2. 02

    Refine

One explanation, carried consistently through interfaces, diagrams and the deck.

  3. 03

    Accelerate

Product interfaces and architecture diagrams built as explanation, not decoration.

  4. 04

    Elevate

An international brand that holds up in markets where nobody knows the founders.
